Testimonials from Athletes

Suzu Amano
I had just graduated from high school and jumped into the professional world at the age of 18.
While not knowing what was right and what was left, I came across the “AlphaDRIVE Brain Formula,” a mental training program exclusively for athletes.
To be honest, at first I wondered if I would be able to understand it. But when I actually took the course, I found that the content was very easy to understand.
But when I actually took the course, the content was very easy to understand, and even as a teenager at the time, I was able to grasp it.
What was most impressive was that I was able to establish an “axis of self that I will definitely return to at some point in my athletic career.
Having this “axis” in place gave me a sense of being able to regain my composure no matter what kind of situation I find myself in during competitions or training.
Learning how to use my thoughts has changed the way I see the world.
Brain Formula is characterized by the ability to understand mental and emotional states as “structures,” rather than treating them as mere moods.
For example, “I feel depressed somehow” or “I don’t know why, but I am anxious” – for such vague feelings,
Why do I feel that way? How should I perceive it? and “How should I perceive it?
As a result, I am now able to look at my own situation from a bird’s eye view, and the resolution of events that occur in my competitive life has improved dramatically.
Looking back, I can now clearly perceive my daily life, which used to be a blur, as “meaningful time,” which is a big change.
I was also able to move overseas. With the foundation in place, I can move forward.
After taking the Brain Formula, you were called up to the A national team and had opportunities to play for clubs, and last season you were able to move overseas to a Swedish club.
Of course, not everything was possible thanks to this program, but I feel that I am able to move forward without hesitation because I have a mental foundation.
After a match in which I was able to produce a result, whether or not I believed in myself is always directly related to my mental condition.
I feel that what I learned at Brain Formula was behind it.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to “go higher.
My current goal is to become the No. 1 soccer player in the world.
To achieve this goal, I need to keep updating myself.
But now, through Brain Formula, I have made it a habit to “keep a growth perspective” in any situation,
I am confident that I can move forward no matter what difficulties I face.
Frankly speaking, being able to encounter this kind of mental training in my teenage years is definitely a great asset for my athletic career.
If you are thinking “I want to grow more than I am now” or “I really want to aim for the world,” I would like you to try this program.
