Testimonials from Athletes

Nao Takaki

In my first year as a member of society, I was bewildered by the changes in the environment and was unable to play as well as I wanted.
The new team, the relationship with seniors, and my position in the team.
I was unable to express my true self in the unfamiliar routine, and I kept having a blurred feeling.
It was then that I received a notice about the Alpha DRIVE Brain Formula.
I decided to take the class, hoping that it would help me move forward.

Through speaking, the things I had stored up inside me overflowed.

I still vividly remember the first session.
The trainer brought out the thoughts and anxieties I had been holding inside,
The trainer was very attentive and gentle, and brought out the thoughts and anxieties that I had been holding inside.
I found myself crying.
I realized that I had always wanted someone to listen to me.
**It was a moment when I truly felt that I had been “listened to.

I realized the importance of playing on my own “axis,” not on the evaluation of others.

After several sessions, I realized the importance of playing on my own “axis,” not on what others think of me,
I realized that I had been worrying more than necessary about what others thought of me.
But after realizing this, I realized that I had been more concerned about what others thought of me than I should have been,
What do I want to be as a player? What kind of person do I want to be on the court?
I gradually began to have my own “axis ”**.
From there, I was able to focus on my own play and feelings without being too caught up in the eyes of those around me,
I think I became able to concentrate on my own play and feelings without getting too caught up in the eyes of those around me.

I was told, “You have become more positive.

The change was also evident in the reactions of those around me.
One day, one of my teammates said to me, “You have been very positive lately.
Hearing that, I realized that I was really changing.
Also, when I was working as a member of the Japan national team,
I was just trying to keep up with the high level of practice every day.
To be honest, there were many times when I felt depressed because of all the things that were going wrong,
But I was still able to look at it positively and say, “I’m learning a lot now,
I think it is because of the “thinking habit ”** that I acquired through the **Brain Formula.

I have learned things that I will use in my life after I retire.”

What I gained from this program was not only mental skills for competition.
Rather, I feel that I have learned a foundation that will be useful for the rest of my life.
Even though I have anxiety and conflicts,
**“How do I adjust myself now?” “How do I move on? ”** Just by being able to think about it,
I can change the scenery in front of my eyes. I have such a feeling.
It was a truly meaningful time for me.
I truly believe that now.
