The Power of Self-Adjustment Supports Your Athletic Ability and Your Life
It was a time when I felt strongly that I wanted to change something.
Things were not going as smoothly as I had hoped, and I was feeling impatient and thought, “I can’t go on like this.
It was during this time that I happened to come across αDRIVE’s Brain Formula.
There are many mental training methods and programs out there, but for some reason I felt intuitively that this might be the one.
Looking back on it now, I remember that the decision came so naturally to me that it is a wonder I was able to make it.

My “ability to talk” with myself improved dramatically.

The most significant change that came out of the course was that my “ability to talk to myself ”** increased dramatically.
Of course, the knowledge of psychology and brain science was helpful, but more than that, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of my own emotional movements and thinking patterns, which was really significant.
For example, when I am not feeling well, I can ask myself, “Why am I feeling that way?” How should I change?” I am now able to respond from a constructive perspective.
I used to get pulled down by my emotions and often remained in a low mood, but now I have a sense that I have a “foundation” to calmly look at myself again.

I am now “ready” for competition.

The mental training has definitely had a positive effect in terms of competition as well.
What was particularly significant was that I now have a “method” for regulating my feelings before a match.
I used to just surrender to my nervousness and anxiety, but now I am able to use the skills I learned in Brain Formula to get myself into a “prepared” state.
I feel that I am less affected by my emotions during games, and my performance fluctuates less.
The difference between knowing and not knowing, being able to use and not being able to use, is much greater than I had imagined.
The difference between knowing and not knowing, and being able to use it and not being able to use it, was much bigger than I had imagined.

The lessons learned through Brain Formula will be useful in my “life itself,” beyond my athletic career.

I feel that what I have learned through Brain Formula does not end with competition.
How to deal with oneself, how to handle emotions, how to organize thoughts…
I am convinced that these skills will have a great impact on my career and relationships after I retire.
They will be the base to support not only “now” but also “your entire life in the future.
I think the greatest value was that I was able to create such a “lifelong” foundation.

Trust your intuition that you want to change

If you are an athlete who wants to change, trust your instincts and take the first step.
I would like you to trust your instincts and take the first step.
For me personally, Brain Formula gave me the opportunity to seriously confront myself.
If I had not decided to enroll in the program at that time, I am sure that I would not have had the confidence to continue playing overseas.
This program is not just mental support, but **”life-changing learning ”**.
I would like to encourage anyone who is looking for a change to give it a try.
