Testimonials from Athletes

Yu Kibayashi

I thought, “I can’t go on like this.
Days went by when I could not participate in games, and my efforts were not appreciated.
I was losing confidence in myself and was mentally pushed to the limit.
I was practicing earnestly, but it did not lead to results.
I thought, “I will never be appreciated again,” or “Maybe I am not good enough after all.
Such negative thoughts dominated my mind.
Of course it is important to hone your skills, but there is a limit to what you can do on your own.
I realized that what I needed was a way to keep myself mentally fit and motivated, so I decided to enroll in Brain Formula.

Mental health is something that can be “learned” surprisingly well.

At first, I honestly wondered if it would really work. I was a bit skeptical at first.
However, Brain Formula is based on psychology and brain science, and it logically “visualizes ”** things that we cannot see, such as emotional waves and thinking habits.
For example, “Why am I depressed now?
Once I was able to understand the reasons, I was able to face myself properly.
What was particularly significant was that I now have a “way to change my mind.
Before, when I was depressed, it was normal for it to drag on for days.
Now, however, I am able to manage myself by stopping and looking at myself from a bird’s eye view.

A “down but not out” mindset supports my play.

In the professional world, you must constantly produce results.
The harsh reality is that no matter how hard you work, if you are not recognized, you will not be able to compete.
In such a situation, I now feel that even if I feel down, I am not completely depressed.
This feeling keeps my daily performance stable.
Recently, I have gradually gained the trust of the team and am getting more opportunities to participate in games.
Of course, there are still many issues to be addressed.
But I think the most significant change is that I can confidently say, “I will not stop like this.

Aiming to be a “pillar of the team” and a “representative of Japan

My future goal is to become an indispensable member of the team, i.e., an ace.
I also want to represent Japan in international competitions.
To achieve this goal, I need to grow not only technically but also mentally.
However, what I have learned at Brain Formula has given me the mental foundation to continue to face myself without wavering.
If there are any athletes out there right now who feel the same way I did in the past, that their mentality is weak or that they cannot stay motivated,
I would like you to try this program.
Everything starts from “deciding to change”, not “whether or not you can change”.
This is what I realized through this program.
